Our confidence in our ability to run a fair and honest election will once again be shattered, and confidence in our elections will be at an all-time low. It's sad we are where we are, but I'm starting to think some kind of bipartisan federal standards on elections is needed. We just can't keep doing this the way we are if we want to continue to pretend we are any kind of democracy (we aren't, we're a republic but that's a different discussion entirely).
