What am saying is, that it's the OC's responsibility to understand weaknesses in the opponent's defense and exploit it. Yes, I understand execution/talent is always paramount, but the OC does matter. A&M has lived off an aggressive defensive front. This generally makes them susceptible to screens and quick slants. How many of these did we try against A&M? The fact that every game has been a slow start generally points to a poor game plan.
Listen, the last thing I want to do is change OC's and I don't think it will happen. But I think the offensive struggles go way beyond just Cook.
