"girl power" people out there who will continue to support it just because that's their way of fighting the patriarchy or some ****. and there will always be parents of girls out there who feel the need to take them to the games to show them "see if you put your mind to it you can also be a pro athlete!"

there's no debating that there is money to be made in women's sports. the only debate is how much, and for how long.
