County. Homeless, drug-addled people everywhere. One day a homeless guy was taking a shyt right out in the parking lot of the grocery store. I asked him why he wanted to live there and he said one thing "weather." He's now in Idaho, though. Yeah, winter sucks but living in rural MO is generally wonderful.
