discipline is important. Learning to channel anger toward positive play is a huge asset. It isn't happening.

Also a huge difference between Pinkel and Drink is ownership. Ownership of failure. Ownership instead of excuses. Drink might have apologized to the fans this time and owned it but I think it was the first time he actually did this. Should have been doing this since day one.
