least 2 years do better than teams with more first year transfers.

What that means is that transfers can work but not when you get a whole new batch of them every year.

The best way to do it is to recruit HS kids at a high level and keep them and build stability in your roster. Those teams will always do best. But obviously kids aren’t willing to wait their turn and work for their minutes so you’ll always have to chase some transfers. The teams that bring in 1-2 transfers a year will be better than the teams that bring in 4-5. Chemistry matters. We saw that last year.
