I really think and this is based on the people that I know that know and have worked with Venables. He will be a good coach for this climate. It is just so competitive in the SEC that you have to coach your butt off to win. You have to have a top flight QB. He doesn't. But we have one that can win if he just makes plays when he has to not just certain games. He just has to step on up.
