As a 'professional educator' (I know, I know there is no such thing), you wouldn't know anything about the manner in which naval vessels are order, constructed and added to the fleet. It take years of planning and even more years of construction. Several new oilers have been added and several more are on order. Construction began during Trump's first term.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
