all of the long passes that I remember were overthrown. Every one.
QB is so important and it is right to focus on that position, but it seems unreasonable to expect him to get magically better. If he's not seeing the field, he ain't going to. For sure, he will have better games than he did against Vandy, though. I don't remember him having a worse game in fact - statistically maybe, but just by eye ball that was as bad as I have ever seen him.
Need to also consider:
-we seem mostly unable to get third and 1
-we still seem to be unable to score TDs in the red zone much
-we blow coverage on long passes at least a couple times every game
On the positive side, our silly penalties almost stopped against Vandy.
