celebration (not the last one with the shooting--I said after the previous one I wouldn't go back). Anyway, dudes were openly smoking pot on the sidewalks, plus dealing, and it smelled like someone was burning tires.

Pretty disgusting as it was the same demographic as what was responsible for the shootings at the last celebration. Drugs + thuglets + firearms is not a good combination.
