1) The changes are everywhere from the Rivermarket to downtown to midtown to Brookside to Waldo and beyond.

Check out the recent string of overnight business burglaries in all those areas I just listed.

2) and then look at the surveillance video of the perps caught in the act always wearing hoodies (when it's fvcking hot out) and bandanas because they know there is surveillance video and just don't care. Always the same type of suspects
