Not trying to be dick here.

My job is to look out for my family. $2000 is a pretty good down payment on a vacation next summer.

The only questions I would have in your place are will the lower bid do quality work and can I live with the three-month wait?

I'm all for supporting local businesses especially if it is a restaurant I like to frequent or something I repeatedly use but for a one-off like a tree service that would not enter into my calculations much.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
