I live in Florida and rolling down your window all the way is not a lawful order. if ordered to exit the Vehicle they have to give you time. You also have the right to ask why you were being pulled over and the name and badge number of the officer ( this all ****es them off) They cannot order you to sit on the curb, they try, but it will not pass in court if you go to court. I know all about the stupid things that the Florida cops do. State law does not trump federal civil rights issues. there is getting to be a case developing in Hillsborough county that will reveal all of this.
