Joe ran the first time. They put Kamy as VP knowing she could never win a primary as shown by her run in 2020, then they dumped Joe after he won the prinaries in 2024 and put the person in they could control. Now they have to keep her mouth shut until after Nov 5 otherwise she will screw the pooch
