Whispering Joe Biden was still the Democrat candidate for president of the United States.
My guess is they have been written, edited, rewritten and written again. They will be released when necessary and not before, and they will be released with the latest edits that reflect the latest polling, any current events and any lies that can get her one more vote.
Chuckles of course, has nothing to do with the actual writing of them, and won't know what they are until she is given them and told to practice them for her extemporaneous responses to the debate questions next month.
Her wonderful résumé, even leaving out the Willie brown part had her as district attorney, Attorney General, United States senator, and vice president of the United States, and after all that time, she doesn't know what she believes. She doesn't know what policies she wants to implement, and doesn't know what she should tell us about them.
A cowardly woman with no principles, no integrity, and who is almost as dumb as ashtray.
