That car was a rolling traffic stop for equipment violations.

They tried to go to one of the King celebrations in Selma but got stopped on the highway because the car was in such bad shape. They did manage to make it and tried to turn a peaceful walk across a bridge into a typical Ferguson sh*tshow.

Every time this POS car was on the road it should have been towed and impounded.
