Yes, it gives her an advantage. But so does being 7 foot tall in basketball and being short and stocky in gymnastics. In a situation like her, do you just not let her compete as a woman because of it? She has an advantage over other women and a huge disadvantage against men so it doesn't seem like their is a good solution.
