Produce minimal testosterone. There are undoubtedly 100% females without male organs who naturally produce more testosterone than "she" does.
This is why "she" has not been disqualified EVER by the IOC who tests testosterone, but was by the Russia funded IBA who evidently did some sort of genetic test (though they won't say exactly what).
