He grew government before COVID, and his response to COVID tells you what he will do in any crisis.

That is the problem when we have a crisis, Government takes over. Government should become an information center during crises, not take over.

The whole convention was about what he will do, and how he will use the government to solve all the problems. Not to say that government needs to get out of the way.
