Seems a bit strange since NIL money is for name image and likeness signed with 3rd parties for adverts and such. How can the NCAA cap that? I know a lot of the money is now funneled through collectives with loose affiliation to the schools so it's a jumbled mess. But at this point the cat is out of the bag it appears.
