If the Indian tribe buys up property, then yes, they can do all of that. Pickle has talked a lot of about "unused space" and property rights. It is some good discussion.

Zoning is the most anti-property rights next to when the state takes land to build highways and stuff. (cannot remember the names).

So you believe in different standards of employment dependent on where they come from. Gotcha. And you trust government to set up and manage those standards?

The problem with fentanyl is because of the drug war, and there is no "safe" way to get drugs.
