Your are twisting his words into a totally different message, akin to Charlottesville "good people on both sides" hoax.
He said they would not HAVE to vote, not that there would be no vote. He wa undoubtedly referring to the way he would exposure corruption and eliminate election fraud, and returning elections to the will of the people that normally vote, rather than the ballot box stuffing used (in part) to steal the 2020 election.
