avenues for that decision to be overturned or cemented:
1) A new law is passed that contradicts v Wong Kim Ark and the court has a "do-over" and either affirms or rejects the 1898 decision (as happened in Dobbs)
or
2) A clearly written Constitutional Amendment is written that affirms or abolishes birthright citizenship and ratified (and removes SCOTUS from the equation)
