The amount of polling going on this week will be insane. She is getting her shot, but is not expected to survive. The thinking is by giving her this shot they might be able to save face when they go with another candidate who will come forward a week or so from now. They just want to test the waters for now. Nothing has been decided.

By she is a dream candidate for Trump.
