Whispering Joe is no longer capable of running for president.

All the lies and the coverup made it difficult for stupid people voting in the Democrat primary to know what they were voting for. Things change, his health changed, his cognition changed. He is not currently the man they thought they were voting for.

No one has been disenfranchised.
