Is a current SCOTUS reversing the actions of an activist court (Burger Court) activist?

Was Burger 'activist' in Brown v Board of Education by reversing Plessy? or was Fuller activist in the Plessy decision?

Was Burger 'activist' in Roe v Wade by creating abortion as a constitutional right or was Roberts activist in reversing that?
