a Decision made decades earlier by an activist liberal court, it is not the activist liberal court who is activist.

It is the current Supreme Court that is making up the laws by properly, interpreting the constitution of the United States.

And until legislators, stop pontificating and pass a law on abortion, abortion decisions belong in the states and to the states.
