He has always been viewed as weak and cowardly, and emotionally fragile. But more to the point he was also always viewed as a simpleton imbecile, the reason he is famous is as the butt of jokes because nobody respects him and he is such a doofus.

I don’t think you would find any first hand accounts of people who actually know him or interact with him from the last 40 years that don’t laugh at him or find him to be an utter imbecile.

Is he significantly mentally diminished at this point? I guess not really given where he started. But he can still barely function and is approaching 80. You think 4 years from now someone as unhealthy as him will be doing well?
