Biden's visit to Austin, Texas, which was scheduled for Monday, will be postponed, the White House said.
They have pulled all their advertising, because it no doubt painted Trump as Hitler with dog whistle words about stopping him at all costs.
Most lawmakers who spoke to Axios said it is too early to say whether the cessation in Democrat Party tensions will last until the Democratic National Convention next month.
But the second senior House Democrat offered one reason for why it might:
"We've all resigned ourselves to a second Trump presidency."

The whole game just changed.
The Democrats are resigned to Biden now. The interparty fighting will cease, as it makes no sense to continue being so nasty.
The world changed on July 13th.
The Democrat Leadership will be forced to tone down the rhetoric about the end of democracy and Nazi BS. It would be unfathomable to stoke that fire after what just happened.
The cases against Trump will be dismissed, as it would feel to most voters like another assassination attempt and the country... no hell, the world, will not stand for that ever again.
How would going after him via lawfare heal the country? The Supreme Court literally warned of this in their immunity opinion - don't be surprised if they take it upon themselves to throw all the cases out.
From now on, both sides will be running a race on taking the high road, with Trump obviously winning that now by default.
The country was already tired of Biden and wanting Trump back in anyway, according to polls. Now, it's a guarantee.
And without their Nazi Democracy BS, they have nothing.
Oh you will still hear the Nazi rhetoric from their propagandized voters on Twitter and Facebook. That's the price of manipulating and brainwashing your citizens. It will take a while for that fear to leave, if ever.
But while these radicalized voters try to keep the fire from burning out... they will be wondering why this "existential threat to society that has to be stopped" is all of the sudden not being stopped by their own party leadership.
That's a dangerous game. Because they have too many loons that may feel they have to take matters into their own hands.
Let's hope cooler heads prevail and we see a mutual respect somehow emerge.
