it's the people trying to take advantage of the tourists. Business people raise prices because of demand while they are there. Investors buy up apartments with a profit-seeking motive. Seems like they should be more upset with their government. They should just tax the hell out of tourists like we do with our Visitors and Convention Bureau taxes, hotel taxes, food and service taxes, etc.
