For disciplinary reasons; what, no character analysis? No ability to handle or get these guys to handle the issues short of that?

I think he put his career on the line to nip it forcefully; double edged sword.

I think he broke the defense he got when he replaced Steck as DC.

Well, I like him, hope the best for him elsewhere, and applaud the successful replacement of him with Drink, who has a few things left to do now that the team is in his hands.
