here as the OC the first three years here. Odom has had top 15 defenses, just not when he was also HC. He has much more more football experience and knowledge. Drink is better suited at recruiting players, and a better group of assistants. Also a good motivator and good at getting money from donors. He's more of a GM than a football coach, and he seems to keep getting better all the time.
