I'm sure they've moved before. It's Strawberry Hill bakery but not on Strawberry Hill and not even in the same city.

My friend runs a bakery larger than that and he's moved multiple times. It's not that hard to move large equipment.

If they don't want to be forced to move, perhaps they should own their next building instead of renting it.
