Encounters with illegals. The number is currently 3000 encounters per day. What excuse will that piece of schit give for not closing the border immediately and keeping it closed and until the daily encounters get to 1500?
And if I understand, all he is going to do is to deny asylum once the threshold is reached. The asylum seekers can then just stay in the US, go to a sanctuary city and live happily ever after.
