and I'm sure he will and if flaws are found that justify overturning 34 convictions, I'm here for it. Getting it right is the most important thing. As despicable as Weinstein is, my reading of the overturning of that case was justified, whether we like it or not.

So, let's see what the appeals bring but acting like this is a politically motivated witch hunt with no basis is ludicrous. He very clearly falsified business records for the purposes of influencing the election.
