weaponize the DOJ/FBI and now use a state prosecution as a proxy war against a political adversary, a former POTUS and presumptive nominee for POTUS again, on what can only be described as made-up charges with no underlying crime. Add in an activist state court judge who is doing his level best to throw the case in favor of the prosecution and is allowing a prosecution to go forward without articulating charges against Trump.

Where I perhaps differ from Hokie is the fact this prosecution has been allowed to go on with no real legal basis is a very poor comment on this country regardless of what the jury verdict is, but his judge has made it quite likely he will be found guilty, which is the goal despite having this garbage thrown out later on appeal
