because if a NY civil jury can find for a plaintiff with no evidence a criminal jury will find him guilty of something. The judge will throw the book at him. The effect will be to give suburban women an excuse to vote for Biden. We have a friend, a devout Catholic, that disregards Biden's stances on abortion, transitioning kids, etc., but is influenced by the media's orange man bad narrative..
