which is why no one in the msm is really talking about it because they know its not tenable.

they are hoping for a guilty verdict and maybe the spectacle of trump being locked up asap in the hopes it will further interfere w/his ability to campaign.

there is almost zero chance of any felony conviction being upheld on appeal and Bragg really should be disciplined for bringing the prosecution.

there is a reason the prior prosecutor punted on it and bragg even punted on it at first before bowing to the desperate political pressure.
