nuclear war solving SOMETHING quickly:

I don't worry a lot about a nuke war, even though I have suggested we give Ukraine one/some to use against poot and his thugs. It is undeniable that would solve SOMETHING quickly.........

Solving what, overpopulation? or global warming? (eg. with a nuclear winter)... a bit tongue in cheek.
