Opening statement. After Biden ignores it, Trump could ask it again at another point in the "debate". And then again. And then in summation, Trump could do what we do to the idiots on the board and point out to everyone how they have avoided, ducked, spun, or ignored questions put to them or answered questions that they were more comfortable with while ignoring the actual question.

Like the idiots on this board, screaming Joe Biden will say he answered the question when they merely responded to it.
