big time programs (outside of Rutgers) from all over the nation. The SEC will primarily be focused in the Midwest and South, but when the 40 teams are chosen it will be the 40 biggest/best programs/schools...again outside of Rutgers and Vandy.

There is a reason a team like k-State won't be chosen, and it's because they bring nothing to the table so why allow them an easy path to the Tier 1 playoff?
