On a related note, we stopped a Jersey Mike's for lunch a few weeks ago. The place smelled bad. The employees were lethargic and unfriendly. The sandwiches were sloppily put together, tasteless and far below my expectations. We should have gone to Subway, though they seem to have lowered the quality in the past couple of years. I'll never go back to another Jersey Mike's and would not recommend them to others.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
