to be the worst ever, among the worst ever hurricane seasons ever. and then it will not be all that bad and everything will be pretty normal but still it's proof that the climate is out of control and we're all gonna die.
same with wild fires in the west. they'll be the worst ever too and they'll cause the most damage ever. of course the damage is primarily due to people building in places where historically those same fires would burn but not damage anything, and the costs are because everything is more expensive than it was 40 years ago. but still this has never happened it is literally unprecedented except for it happening every year.
