So the Metro isn't benefited if a new stadium brings in concerts, regular season games, playoffs, Super Bowls, F4s, et al
BTW in the whole sum total, a sports complex provides a drop in the bucket to local taxes and GDP. Dallas survived the Cowboys to Irving and to Arlington. It's doing quite well, thank you, with the spillover from those moves, same as KCMO would have with a KS complex.
It's really not that complicated
