Sounding like the supreme court might end up sending this back to a lower court for further arguments. Doesn't look like the conservative judges agree with the black and white statements that the circuit court made.
They aren't going to grant President Trump full immunity but not sure how a trial can happen before the election if they end up sending it back down the ladder.
