4 bb hires were great.
Quin was considered out of reach for us but he Alden was able to get him. Yes it ended poorly for various reasons but that's judging the hire based on hindsight.
Mike Anderson was a great hire with great results.
Haith was a scramble that, despite Fiji's naivety about his first season with Anderson's players, was a failure. The trend was awful and Alden was right to cut him loose.
Kim was a disaster that is the one true stain on Alden's legacy. I honestly think he was sick of hearing about it and knew he would retire and said **** it. You want him you got him.
