It can be incorporated into the NEZ and SEZ pretty seamlessly (would be nice to plan ahead on the NEZ for it though). Texas A&M did something like that right after joining the SEC, and they did it in 1 off-season so it can be done.

I agree, the West side it pretty dated. It would just make sense to rebuild and move it 25'ish yards to the East and make the field close to the stands on both sides.
