years but immediately after NEZ completion I'd look at demolishing the west side and moving field and a new west side over toward the east side. Get ride of all the extra track and grass space and pack it in. You could set the west side up with real seats for the alumni and keep the benches on the east for the students. Student want to pack it in and stand anyway.

edit: thinking about it some more. It won't work now because you'd have NEZ and SEZ off center. oh well. We should have just torn the place down and started over 10 years agao.
