1. The first quarter/half of any game looked like the team was only told about the game that morning and had prepped that way also. He appeared to only coach during halftimes.
2. His stubbornness for certain players/plays left a lot of the remaining players disillusioned.
3. Recruiting/plyer development lagged badly. Some players did not fit the development methods, some could not develop at all. Many just went through the motions due to issue #2.
