This DOJ would simply ignore it and spy on people they feel oppose the biden regime anyway. Why? Because even if caught, they know they'll never face any serious time for it, and doing it might get you a spiffy new promotion.

On the plus side, if it doesn't pass, trump wins, they'll happily leak to the press saying trumps violating it (even if he never ordered it).
